Orientation
Our sales representative will give you an information kit that contains all data, descriptions, selection of optional services and search criteria such as:
- Information kit with maps, pamphlets, touristic guide, holydays, etc.
- Advice on the transport and documentation needed to travel with your pet if you want to.
- Guided tours of the best known places and high-frequency areas.
Temporary accommodation or house research
We offer arrival options for temporary housing during housing selection process. We base the search of your home according to your needs and requirements in the shortest time possible.
For this we have the following activities:
• Search for homes that adhere to your requirements
• Help in installing in-home services.
• Provide guidance to shops where you can buy or rent the necessary property.
• Advisory continues until three months after moving.
Searching college or school
We give you the school options in which you could be interested and assist you in scheduling appointments with the coordinators of educational institutions for the registration process. We also assist you with a list of bookstore where you can buy the books, supplies and uniforms.
Settlement Program and Adapting Assistance
To make feel at home and pleasant while you stay in our country, we offer the following activities and information that will be useful during this period.

We provide a list of medical centers, hospitals, pharmacies, supermarkets, transportation, restaurants, domestic staff coordination, alternatives to telephone and Internet connection, travel agency and local and international tourism, among other companies.
Social inclusion
Our staff will provide the information needed to register with the Consulate of your country, guide domestic business associations, sporting or social clubs, according to your interest.
Spouse Integration assistance
For better comfort and peace, we can assist your spouse in her/ his adaption by giving her/him business contacts to apply for a job, languages courses or of interest, charity organization, shopping malls, gym, beauty salon and any other organization of her/his interest.
Exit Program
To return to your country, we advise you the following:
• International moving to your country
• Tracking the completion of the lease and return the deposit
• Cancellation of pending services
Immigration Services
We can provide and advice you to hire legal counsel to assist you in dealing with legal permits, residence permits and visas, driver's license, local procedures, contracts, processing of required legal documentation.
